What's in a food parcel?

Food banks provide a minimum of three-days' nutritionally balanced, non-perishable tinned and dried foods that have been donated by people in the local community.
 

We gratefully accept any of the items listed below:

       Supermarket carrier bags

       Shampoo
       Small jars of coffee
       Toilet roll

Before donating, please check with us to see what supplies we are currently in need of and please ensure that the expiry date of your donated food is for more than two months.
