Corrine Sing – Communications Co-ordinator
I have been working for REACH as the Operations Administrator since September 2016 – providing clerical and administrative support to the management team and volunteers. Over time my role has evolved and as of June 2021, I am now the Communications Co-ordinator.
As well as the communications work, I’m also the in-house graphic designer and go to IT support person in the office.
I was born and raised in Scotland but moved to Essex in 2008 where I completed my secondary and sixth form education. After completing my A levels, I decided to move back home to sunny Scotland to look for work and gain independence.
Ultimately, work was hard to find, and it led me to volunteer as an administrator for several months at the local Citizens Advice Bureau to build up my experience and skills. In 2015, I went on to study HNC Business for a year, after completing the course I found myself back in Essex to begin volunteering for Reach. Not long after, Reach employed me as a full time Administrator.
My life outside of work involves many a trip to the cinema; I love to immerse myself in a good film and hope to study TV and film in the future. I also spend my spare time with friends, usually travelling to new countries and places, going to concerts, festivals and eating out.
